Terms of use

Cantera NetSheets provides free planning estimates. Figures depend on your inputs and available rate and fee information. Confirm transaction-specific amounts with your closing team. An estimate is not a Closing Disclosure, Loan Estimate, title commitment, or financing offer.

Address suggestions are provided by Google Maps. Use of this feature is subject to the Google Maps / Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Verify the property address before sharing a sheet. Suggested addresses may be incomplete or unavailable.

Agent profiles and branding

Provide accurate contact information and upload only images and logos you are authorized to use. Do not impersonate another agent or brokerage. You control whether your profile is public and are responsible for reviewing branded estimates before sharing them. Agent branding does not change the estimate assumptions or replace the title company disclosures. Public links and downloaded PDFs may be shared by their recipients.
